Finally Madison gets her first tooth!!

After 11 months our little Madison got her first tooth today. We were starting to think she would never get one. She has been a little grumpier these past couple of days which is out of character for her. So we knew something was up. Poor baby. Teething is no fun! We were able to get a cute smile from her after the oragel and tylenol kicked in. I tried to get one of the actual tooth, but no success yet.

Sorry it's a little late posting, but I wanted to post what Gracie made me this year for Mother's Day. She was so excited to give this to me and I can see why. I was so proud of her! She is starting to practice writing now in school since she knows all her letters and their sounds. So with a little help from dada, she made me this wonderful card. Gordon spelled out what to say and Gracie copied it in her own hand writing on the card. I especially love the picture of our little family that she drew! So thoughtful. :)

Gordon gets a new Job (again)!

I started a new job on 5/9 at Spanning cloud apps. It was a unique opportunity for me with a great team and a hot and interesting product. I am employee number six so there is a lot of interesting work that I'm not use to working at the bigger corporations. We are making applications that work with google data. Today we have an application that backs up google document data, and in the near future will be releasing a backup solution for gmail. Single users can get access to the application for free so if you use google docs head on over to the site and start backing up your files.

I really enjoyed my second stint at Big Blue / Initiate System and will miss the people there. But I'm excited for the new challenge ahead of me!
